Many people are resistant to change, change is good sometime it like crabs in a barrel, just because you have a different approach to a matter people think that something is wrong with you , i love my self just the way I am .The new movement is to get moving why can all others species praise God with their bodies and some people look and stare, God Has Been too Good to me to just sit there.

Thank you Sis. Sheila! I am eating a lot of fruit, raw veges, nuts, beans etc the water is the hardest part! I am stepping it up though and I will share more about that next week.
I am glad you noticed that there is a difference. I have certainly been trying to remain in focus. Katonya kept it up BIG time...she is now a certified personal trainer!! It pays to be faithful in our lives. God didnt say be perfect, he said be FAITHFUL!

First Lady you are looking Great and a Great Example for all of us to follow. "In all your getting get an understanding" once you figure out eat less and move more that is Half the Battle.

Thank you again Sis. Sheila for this reminder. I cooked for Thanksgiving but I did not eat any of the Thanksgiving food at all. Only fruit, veges, juice and water for me.
I have been walking, bike riding, horse back riding, race car driving. IT was good fun and excercise! I have to keep the walking up and in a couple of weeks it looks like I may be climbing stone moutain. It's all out of my box but doing my body good! What good will it do to have a vision from God and took weak to walk it out? Thank you!!

Don't forget your water intake and being Thankful for everything God has done in your life, just having a Right Mind, Body and Spirit is delightful. We should give thanks all year round for all of our many Blessings big and small. And as we ask for forgiveness we rid our selves of internal toxins that corrupt our Spirit-Man.

Happy Thanksgiving don't forget to get a workout through out the holidays. It will do your body good to rid yourself of some of the toxins that are in our foods that we sometimes are not aware of.

What is your passion in Life? If you do something you love you will never work again, like exercise I enjoy it it not a work out it's getting my self to fit a healthy body.I know when I exercise my mood and energy changes, I have learned that many diseases link back to obesity, take the time to learn your body and the inner working of our bodies, you have to want change, just thinking and hoping you will get better will not work "Faith without Works is Dead". The first step is believing that God Can and He Will Deliver, works is our obedience to complete the process with the help from God. Genesis 6:9 reads "Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations and Noah walked with God. I believe if you spend time with God we can be made perfect in God's eyes not man's eyes. Remember he walked with God.

I have not had the time to exercise but when I get a chance I get it here and there maybe 20min on the treadmill or doing the stairs you will be surprise how little changes can add up and I am yet holding on to the promise God Promise me, " I wish above all things that you prosper and be in good health even as your soul prospers"

Min. Katonya I enjoyed you on Saturday and you are looking Great! keep up the good work. Come on Thy Will lets continue to move, move, and move at least 30 minutes everyday or whenever you get a chance, every little bit counts. The summer is right around the corner and we want to look good at our reunions and outting so lets do what it takes to "Make It Happen".
Be Blessed

I did a great 30 min work out on Christmas Day, did anyone do any exercises over the holidays. With the new year approaching us lets all reflect back over the past year, did you make any new lifestyle changes for the better?Where there is no vision you perish. When you accomplish one goal that sets the stage for many more to come, like Minister Rush spoke of today "Hope"
never give up your hope which is tied in to faith. Just like faith with out works is dead. You can believe that God can give you what you desires but if you put forth no action behind your faith it is dead. I am looking forward to encouraging you in the next new year.
